Every TMFJ program is designed and created specifically and individually on a client by client basis. Nutrition plans are detailed and customized. Training plans are created with each
client’s current body, short-term goals, and longterm goals in mind. There is no pre-programmed app; there is no cookie-cutter planning here, only plans that are made for YOU, by ME, with real results guaranteed if they are followed over time!
