Team MFJ Nutrition clients can be certain that they are getting a completely custom meal plan that is broken down to their ideal intake necessary for success. This is not an app. This is not a computer program. Each plan is hand-generated by Jess herself and updated monthly to ensure continued progression and a lifestyle-building pattern.

What you get

Customized 4-5 meal day options (training and off day options), each with 5-7 meals per day(dependent on goals), completely Customized to Your macro and intake need
• Client’s anticipated exercise or lifestyle output
• Client’s current body statistics, calculated to generate their basal metabolic rate for body maintenance
• Client’s schedule, food aversions, and allergies
• Plan broken down by meal elements, meal element measurements, macros, calories, and macro percentages
• Weekly checkins with Jess and monthly plan updates

** All plans require a minimum 3-month commitment **

Couples Nutrition Training

Couples Training + Nutrition Combo
• Custom nutrition planning package designed for couples who want to partner together through their fitness journey. The training plan will be designed for co-lifting and each will receive nutrition plans with the same meals/foods (for co-eating and co-meal prep) but completely individualized weights/macros/caloric breakdowns.** All plans require a minimum 3-month commitment **
