I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A "COACH" BEFORE
They’re out there! And thanks to Covid and social media turning to many newbies into wannabe professional coaches, I hear about prior bad experiences from new clients all the time! Messages aren’t returned, plans are cookie cutter, they never ask for or evaluate check-in pictures, or modify plans when needed. None of that happens here. My main goal is for you to be able to cut the cord and continue this lifestyle on your own after our time together! I am here for you, and there is no guesswork or communication lapse.
I JUST HAD A BABY/TURNED 50/GOT OVER AN INJURY
Been there! For two of the three anyway (I’m still in my 40s)! And I can’t stress enough that, while all of those events are likely reasons for precise training modifications, they are still the PERFECT time to start an elite program to reach your physique goals AND your optimal health! I DON'T WANT TO SPEND THE MONEY
There is NO better investment than your health and longevity! I know we hear it all the time, but it’s true! Eating healthy isn’t cheap, gym memberships cost money, and supplements add up. BUT there is no greater reward than adding functional, healthy, sexy afff years to your life! You will always look back and thank yourself.
